Help for every stage of your business.
We help small businesses get established, then scale into their next phase: concept validation, product development, platforms, process and policy, marketing and business development. One partner across the whole path, with a written, fixed quote before any work starts.
Stage 1
Getting started
For founders with an idea, a side business or a first few customers.
You leave with: a tested offer, a live presence and a 90-day plan.
- Concept and demand validation. Customer interviews, landing-page and pre-sale tests, a competitor teardown and a clear go, change or stop.
- Offer, pricing and packaging. What you sell, to whom, at what price, and why they pick you.
- Brand and web presence. Name check, messaging and a website that turns visitors into enquiries.
- Setup for day one. The tools, accounts, payments and basic policies a new business needs, coordinated with your attorney and accountant.
Stage 2
Getting established
For businesses that are open, selling, and still running on the owner's energy.
You leave with: a business that runs the same way whether or not you're watching.
- Process and SOPs. We map how the work actually gets done and turn it into playbooks, checklists and onboarding anyone can follow.
- Policy and compliance basics. Customer terms, contractor practices, privacy, safety and approvals, ready for your attorney's review.
- Platforming. CRM, scheduling, invoicing, e-commerce and automation, chosen to fit your size and connected so data is entered once.
- Product and service development. Specs, MVPs and launches for the next thing you want to sell.
Stage 3
Scaling to the next phase
For businesses that have proven the model and need to grow it without breaking it.
You leave with: growth with a plan, owners and numbers behind it.
- Marketing systems. Positioning, content, campaigns and funnel measurement tied to revenue.
- Business development. Partnerships, new channels, proposals and a pipeline you can forecast.
- Government contracting readiness. SAM.gov, capability statements, teaming and proposal support for firms entering federal work.
- Next products and portfolio. Deciding what to build next, what to retire, and how to launch it.
- Operating rhythm. Metrics, decision rights, and hiring and delegation plans so the owner can step back.

Service questions
Which stage am I in?
If you're still proving people will pay, you're getting started. If you're selling but everything runs through you, you're getting established. If demand is there and the business is straining to keep up, you're scaling. Not sure? That's what the diagnostic is for.
Do you replace my attorney or accountant?
No. We write the processes, policies and playbooks and set up the systems. Your attorney and accountant sign off on legal and tax matters, and we work alongside them.
What does a custom tool usually cost?
Most single-purpose browser tools land between $150 and $500. You'll get a fixed quote before anything starts; the price doesn't move unless the scope does, and we'll ask first.
Do you work with government contractors?
Yes. Many of our apps are built for small federal contractors, and custom tools for bid tracking, pricing or compliance calendars are a good fit.
Who owns what you build?
You do. We hand over the files or code and the notes to run them.
Tell us where you are and where you want to be.
A few sentences is enough. We reply within two business days, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
